I am not really an expert in using BlackBerry, but there is a function with its bluetooth that really bug me. Seem to me that I can on send files from my BlackBerry Bold to my Mac, and not the other way round.
Even when I’d paired up with my Mac, still the same issue!
This is not the same problem with turning on your BlueTooth Sharing via System Preferences, though you still need this function to be switched on when you do file transfer…

Anyway, for your Blackberry to be able to pick up a transfer request by Computer/Mac, all you need to do is to navigate to your “Media”, get inside (anywhere, photo or video sections, just click on your BB function button and you will see the following menu:

You will see “Receive Using Bluetooth”. There, once you select it, it will listen to all incoming requests.
Ok, this is strictly for Windows only. It is Red Alert!! One of the first game I played with my first laptop (Compaq) via Windows 98.
And because it is Red Alert series, I actually install Boot Camp on my MacBook Pro to play this.
The nicest thing about buying software from Indonesia Manga Dua Mall is that, they provide a no cd crack for you. So here they are, I zipped it :

Rem, it only work for Windows. I used XP with Service Pack 3.
Btw, seems like there is some problem, I call it “gitch” if you install Windows XP with Service Pack 3. Perhaps due to the fact that Boot Camp required XP with Service Pack 2 or Vista (whatever crappy versions). You may proceed to :
www.apple.com/support/downloads
and download “BootCamp for XP”. It solved my problems..
FootBall Manager is my favourite game of all time. I’ve been playing this game for 9 years.
The only thing I hate about game is, they required the Game Installer Disc to be in your computer for initial verification. A troublesome way of fighting the Piracy and illegal downloading.
Well, at least it is not as troublesome as Windows XP online verification… :p
Nevertheless, I will always try to find the no-cd crack for FootBall Manager. As I am using Mac, so it will be a bit harder to get my hand on such crack. And of course, when we care, mean we share! This is the link to a crack that works for Mac. But it required you to upgrade your FM version to 9.20 (f3030)!

Use it at your own risk. Never try this patch on version higher than 9.20. Never bother to upgrade it either. Work for me like a charm!
All kudos to “The Blade” for this crack!
It is always nice to see a movie adapted Apple Computers, OS, or even simple thing like iPod or iPhone in hollywood blockbuster movies and TV series.
Like 30 Rock and BONES are all using iPhone as their communication devices. The Blades featured huge cinema displays, PowerBook and iPod. Even in Supernatural, Sam is always browsing the net using MacBook Pro. But for some unknown reason, they always use Final Cut to edit out the Apple logo.
Yet I found this when I watched Man-In-Black:

It was very interesting to see, the length which Apple and Hollywood go thru, just to get things up!
I always hear new Mac users or switchers complaining about the space that Mac OS X took up, compared to its counterpart like Windows XP or Vista.
There are perhaps a few things you do not know. There are drivers (especially printers), and language support built-in to your Mac. So, once purchased a Mac, you do not need to purchased another software to write chinese or even Japanese.
No big deal? I agreed. But to change the entire system to another language? You can take a look at System Preferences/International..

So should you decide to change your Mac system to Japanese, feel free to do so.
Nevertheless, all these language support do take up your harddisk space. If you are pretty sure that you do not need any of this, you may remove this from your system. This is possible via “Monolingual“, a free software designed for this sole purpose.
