Must admit, the best ideas are still from Apple. Inspired by one of their certification site to frame up my certs in such arrangement:

I am flabbergasted by the response which my company gave me when I requested them to reconsider my current employee contract since the one I’d signed only required me to attain Level 1 Apple Certified HelpDesk Specialist (ACHDS). I had obtained Level 3, Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA). Friend, it is different calibre!
However, they rejected to consider. The answer is simple, my higher qualifications are not required by the company (at least for the moment).
Then why boast about having me and my credentials when the company meet up with Apple folks?
Nevertheless, I am quite sick hearing reasons and excuses. You want to hire a Apple Guru with Apple System Administrator and Final Cut Certification??
Dream on.. And yes, the next cert to be framed up will be Final Cut Pro 6 Level 1 Certification!
How should I describe incompetency?
Well, In Oxford Dictionary, it gave such explanation: “not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully”
I can never imagine I will met someone that give me a actual picture of how this word actually looks like, in 3D Live Animation. Well, try imagine a Assistant Manager who:
1. Take 2 years + to finish her admin tasks, something a normal admin officer might take a week. Matter of fact, she did not complete a single thing.
2. CLAIMED additional responsibilities where it has never been hers.
3. CLAIMED that she is the victim of some office conspiracy but actually everyone is just putting up with her. In fact, some left because working with/under her is totally unbearable.
Jesus.. It has been a nightmare for me during these past 2 weeks. There are so much to complaint about her but I choose not. I can spent entire day working and working, I can compromise my sleeping time to do more work. However, I cannot push myself to spend more than 10 mins doing damage control for her.
Never thought that one day I am able to achieve this designation, to most of us, ACSA is something very far from us. How can we compared this with Microsoft certification?
Well, ACSA can match MCSA/MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Administrator/Engineer) though for some reasons, I prefer “Engineer” than “Administrator”.
Below are my qualifications:
Apple Certified HelpDesk Specialist v 10.4 (2007)
Apple Certified Technical Coordinator v 10.4 (2007)
Apple Certified System Administrator v 10.4 (2007)
Mac OS X Deployment v 10.4 (2007)
PodCast & Internet Streamed Media Administration v 10.4 (2007)
Security Best Practices for Mac OS X v 10.4 (2007)
There are friends who asked me if I am crazy to take my exams for 10.4 when next OS 10.5 is soon to be released. Actually, I think this is the right time. For 10.5, all I need to do is to take a delta exam for ACTC, and my credits for ACSA are good for 2 years.
